The client shall not use the work for any other purpose or allow any third party to use the work without the prior written consent of IMAGINIVE.

• Confidentiality: We agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the client’s confidential information, including but not limited to, business plans, strategies, and confidential data.

• Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay us for all work performed up to the date of termination.

• Refund Policy: We are committed to providing high-quality services. If the client is not satisfied with the final outcome, they are entitled to a full refund within 7 days after the delivery is closed. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the receipt of the request.

• Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided by us.

• Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
